Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize business processes for automation opportunities
Gather, document, and interpret business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop, implement, and manage workflows using ServiceNow
Partner with developers to automate processes and integrate solutions
Conduct thorough testing, offer end-user training, and oversee the performance of automated systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in ServiceNow for creating and managing workflows
Strong background in automating manual processes and converting requirements into solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work involved
Preferred
Prior experience in data analytics, cloud technologies, AWS Services, and cloud data security is highly beneficial for this role
