Data Processing Coordinator – Customer Operations
Phoenix Technical Solutions is a company focused on providing exceptional customer service in the Rail Transportation Industry. They are seeking a Data Processing Coordinator to support logistics and fulfill supply chain deliverables by processing customer and pricing information accurately and timely.

Responsibilities
Performs accurate and timely entry of data based on requirements
Enters purchase orders. Updates promise dates in internal and customer data bases
Identifies and escalates gaps in company and customer data information with appropriate level of urgency
Update item information to include parts information, price lists and pricing
Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress to leadership
Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry
Monitors and tracks customer orders to identify gaps in on-time delivery
Maintains customer maintenance billing back-up and order acknowledgments
Interacts with internal customers daily
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure all orders are shipped out by the correct ship date, so that the customer receives their parts on time
Lead the coordination between the Warehouse and the customer by tracking when parts are ready for customer pickup, and ensure the customer sets up trucks for pickup on time
Clearly and effectively communicate any part delays to the customer so that they are aware of potential delays or issues
Qualification
Required
2 years of order entry, data entry and customer service experience
Excellent data entry skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Associates or specialized skills training/certification desired
Oracle knowledge is a plus
