Responsibilities
Lead the design development and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and declarative tools
Architect and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using RESTSOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools
Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts product owners and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications and ensure adherence to best practices
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Implement and manage CICD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Git Bitbucket and Jenkins
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with enterprise standards and Salesforce governance
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features
Proven experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect
Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
