Mid LevelSaviance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Automation Engineer to join their Tech & Data Strategy team. The role involves designing and deploying AI-powered workflows and automations, integrating language models and APIs, and ensuring reliable data operations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using advanced language models (e.g., GPTs)
Create and refine prompts, fine-tune models, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
Design, build, and maintain workflow automations using N8N
Integrate APIs, webhooks, AI models, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and Google Drive
Ensure reliability, scalability, error handling, and performance optimization of automated processes
Develop AI applications that enhance decision-making and streamline complex business processes
Work with OpenAI APIs and other frameworks to automate research, analysis, and data enrichment
Continuously improve model performance, workflow efficiency, and data pipelines
Maintain compliance, accuracy, and governance standards for AI deployments in production environments
Work closely with teams across business development, M&A, strategy, and operations
Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as summarization, information extraction, and enrichment
Strong understanding of AI systems, APIs, and orchestration tools
Proven experience building automations using N8N or similar workflow platforms
Experience integrating and deploying LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) in production workflows
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
Strong prompt engineering skills with an analytical, iterative approach
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate AI outputs and improve automation logic
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document workflows and processes clearly
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation
Preferred
Understanding of financial data, research processes, and business insights, especially related to M&A and Business Development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working with financial or M&A data is an advantage
