New Grad, Entry LevelMood is a vibrant and innovative online dispensary specializing in legal cannabis products. They are seeking passionate Outbound Phone Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth by generating leads and engaging with customers through various channels.

Responsibilities
Identifying and connecting with new and existing customers and prospects via phone, email, chat, and other channels to introduce and sell our products and services (like our amazing subscriptions!)
Building relationships with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, and more) to understand their needs and showcase how Mood products can help
Maintain ongoing relationships with your ‘book of customers’ to manage the relationship and keep them engaged and loyal to Mood
Partnering with the Customer Success Contact Center Leadership team to develop and refine strategies for growing our sales pipeline based on customer insights
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and the various key performance metrics that are measured in a contact center, sales, and outbound position
Qualification
Required
Proven success in a sales and/or call center environment, preferably in a target-driven role
Outstanding customer service, verbal and written communication abilities, with strong listening skills
Comfort with technology and a knack for helping non-tech-savvy customers
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pivot and problem-solve to meet business goals
A bias toward action and the drive to consistently go above and beyond
