Responsibilities

Provide electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings to maintenance technicians to support troubleshooting and repair
Troubleshoot ladder logic and automated control systems
Coordinate and schedule stamping press PMs and work orders in collaboration with maintenance and operations leadership
Monitor PM frequencies and content to ensure equipment reliability
Support and coordinate stamping improvement projects and repairs
Assist with component-level repairs when necessary
Coordinate with vendors for press refurbishments, repairs, and maintenance quotes
Ensure spare parts inventory supports press size and production demands
Prepare work schedules with target timelines for assigned projects
Support continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies
Maintain documentation and filing systems
Support compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership

Required

Automotive manufacturing experience with exposure to stamping equipment
Strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls systems
Experience troubleshooting PLCs and automated equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, and wireframe drawings
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education or experience as a Certified Tool & Die Maker, Engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience
