Sales Development Representative
JourneyTeam is a company focused on helping others effectively use technology to create a positive impact. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline, qualify leads, and drive outreach around Microsoft-aligned opportunities.

Responsibilities
Execute our structured, data‑driven outreach process leveraging Microsoft tools to ensure consistent results and a strong foundation for early‑career success
Follow an omni‑channel outreach motion that includes calling, email, LinkedIn/social, chat, SMS, and other digital touchpoints as part of your daily activity expectations
Work on‑site in our Draper, UT office to collaborate closely with peers, Sales leadership, and Account Executives
Qualify inbound leads and advance opportunities through early pipeline stages
Maintain accurate CRM data and adhere to sales process guidelines
Participate in structured SDR training, role‑plays, and ongoing coaching sessions
Leverage scripts, sales plays, and guided sequences to improve performance, confidence, and consistency
Qualification
Required
Strong desire to build a career in technology sales
High energy, grit, and resilience—motivated by daily activity expectations and performance goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Coachable, feedback‑driven, and eager to improve
Professionalism across phone, email, video, and social channels
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities

Preferred
Experience in sales, customer service, campus leadership, or competitive team environments
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Exposure to outbound sales motions or SDR tools
Understanding of Microsoft business applications or enterprise software
