Work to do - policy reviews, access recertification, data flow diagrams, noncompliance monitoring, GRC documentation, and supporting audits
Less emphasis on coding/development but more on documentation, policy, governance and audit support
Access control & UAR experience
Will take smartness over exp
Need someone willing to learn
