Responsibilities
Manage transmission line design projects from conception through construction and commissioning
Lead design efforts for transmission generation tie lines supporting renewable energy infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage projects
Oversee project lifecycle management from Early Stage through Execution phases
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex transmission line engineering challenges
Coordinate with construction teams during project implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
11-15 years of experience in transmission line engineering
Proven experience with transmission line design and project management
Knowledge of renewable energy tie-line systems (Wind, Solar, Battery Storage)
Strong understanding of electrical transmission systems and grid integration
Experience with transmission line construction and commissioning processes
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Preferred
Professional Engineering (PE) license
