Analyze data and customer insights to drive informed, data-driven product decisions and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes and optimize operational efficiency
Influence and build consensus among stakeholders through clear communication and fact-based narratives
Oversee adoption of emerging technologies and guide product lifecycle management to maximize value delivery
Mentor team members to enhance product focus and strategic execution

Required

Extensive experience in platform product management with a strong focus on product strategy and roadmap development
Proven ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective product strategies
Expertise in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics to guide product development and measure success
Strong communication and influencing skills to build stakeholder consensus and secure alignment across teams
Knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence risk, and their application in product innovation
Demonstrated capability to manage complex product lifecycles using Agile methodologies and MVP approaches
Commitment to continuous improvement, coaching, and mentoring to develop high-performing teams
