Responsibilities
The Regional Director of Operations is a field leadership role responsible for the performance, people development, and operational consistency of 10–15 clubs within an assigned region
This leader develops and holds Managers accountable for delivering a best-in-class member experience through Clean & Connect, while driving strong financial results and consistent execution of NFP standards
The Regional Director brings an ownership mindset, builds bench strength, and translates company strategy into disciplined, day-to-day execution at the club level
Thrive in a multi-unit leadership role and enjoy being present in clubs, coaching leaders, and driving results through others
Lead with an ownership mindset and take full accountability for people, performance, and outcomes
Are comfortable holding the line on standards, expectations, and KPIs while still developing and supporting leaders
Believe great results come from disciplined operations, and consistent follow-through
Use data and KPIs to guide decisions, address gaps, and improve performance
Enjoy building strong teams, developing Managers, and creating a deep leadership bench
Adapt well to change and can translate company strategy into clear, executable actions at the club level
Qualification
Required
Experience in multi-unit leadership roles
Ability to coach leaders and drive results through others
Ownership mindset with full accountability for people, performance, and outcomes
Comfortable holding the line on standards, expectations, and KPIs
Ability to develop and support leaders
Strong operational discipline and consistent follow-through
Ability to use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance
Experience in building strong teams and developing Managers
Ability to adapt to change and translate company strategy into executable actions
