Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
Managing and coordinating stock effectively

Required

Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, so as to bring the best out of your team
To be results driven and a team player
Be approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with our customers
Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
Flexibility to work morning, day, evening shifts during the week and on weekends
