Utilize legal-domain expertise to place attorneys into in-house or private practice roles
Leverage law firm search experience to place associates or partners into leading law firms
Run successful searches through a boutique or larger legal search firm
Qualification
Required
Legal-domain expertise: A proven record of placing attorneys—corporate, commercial, privacy, IP, employment, regulatory, litigation—into in-house or private practice roles
Law firm search experience: Experience placing associates or partners into leading law firms, or helping firms scale specialist teams
Contingency or retained track record: Successful searches run through a boutique or a larger legal search firm
Preferred
Former BigLaw or in-house attorneys now running search practices
Legal search firm partners placing in-house counsel or AmLaw firm talent
Boutique agency founders with deep legal recruiting experience
Recruiters building a book of business in the legal sector
