Responsibilities
Responding to inbound emails and calls with speed and accuracy
Sending fast, accurate quotes based on customer specs
Answering product, pricing, and turnaround time questions
Following up on active quotes and converting them to orders
Keeping your pipeline organized in our CRM system
Working with internal teams to make sure jobs flow smoothly through production
Meeting goals for response time, order volume, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in sales, account management, customer support, or call center roles
Excellent communication skills—confident on the phone and clear over email
Strong organization and follow-up habits
A positive attitude and coachability
Thrives on real-time problem-solving and loves jumping into brainstorming sessions to find practical solutions
Preferred
It's a plus if you've worked with customers in technical, manufacturing, or high-speed service settings
