Sales Operation Specialist
Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a licensed Client Advisor who enjoys building relationships and helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. The role involves guiding personal lines clients through coverage decisions, conducting account reviews, and maintaining accurate client records to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted point of contact for personal lines clients, guiding them through coverage decisions, policy changes, and claims-related questions
Conduct proactive account reviews to identify coverage gaps, risk exposure, and opportunities to improve protection
Quote, bind, and follow up on home and auto policies with a consultative, client-first approach
Confidently discuss coverage options, trade-offs, and cost—helping clients understand •why• recommendations matter
Maintain accurate client records and documentation using CRM and Microsoft Office tools
Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license
Experience in insurance, sales, or client-facing service roles
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain coverage clearly and confidently
Detail-oriented with a high level of follow-through
Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving
Organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities
A team-oriented professional who takes ownership and pride in their work
