They are seeking a Retail Fulfillment Associate to create a seamless shopping experience for customers by combining sales floor engagement with fulfillment responsibilities, including selecting merchandise, packing, and shipping online orders.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with genuine hospitality and resolve issues with professionalism

Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders with care, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before concluding interactions

Organize the stockroom, complete orders, and set the team up for the next day’s success

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
