Project Manager
AWP Safety is a rapidly growing national safety services provider committed to protecting customers’ people, business, and time. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating with various teams and clients.

Responsibilities
Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments
Provide necessary program direction for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating projects across multiple functional areas
Assigning schedules, supplies and equipment to staff members
Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles
An ability to communicate with the traveling public, co-workers, contractors, and inspectors clearly and confidently
Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and Flaggers
Maintaining all rules, safety standards and responsibilities
Submitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership, HR, dispatch, billing)
Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
Lead project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow up on action items
Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement
Qualification
Required
Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Good Communication, customer service and problem solving skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills
Commitment to adhering to and promoting safe workplace practices
Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of suspension or revocation
Preferred
BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent education or experience
Experience in the relevant industry, for example, utility construction
