Evaluate and classify positions within the university's compensation structure
Continuously compare positions to market data and making recommendations as needed
Administer salary offers, compensation and classification adjustments
Conduct market benchmarking
Ensure compliance with FLSA and university compensation policies
Prepare reports and maintain compensation data in HR systems
Advise departments and HR partners on job classification and pay decisions
Train and support stakeholders on compensation tools and guidelines

Required

Bachelor's (Required)
Provides professional assistance and consultation services in administering and maintaining pay policies and programs for employees
Evaluates and classifies positions; assists in the evaluation of organizational needs and market trends; and assists in the development of new or enhanced job families and/or compensation programs as needed
Assist in Administering and Maintaining Pay Policies and Programs
Participate in salary surveys and provide reports based on salary data
Evaluate and classify positions within the university's compensation structure
Continuously compare positions to market data and making recommendations as needed
