They are seeking a Lamination Operator to assist with machine setup, load and unload parts, and ensure quality production through inspection and communication with team members.

Responsibilities
Loading and unloading of parts from baskets and/or trailers
Trim and Wool (bulb) parts (with correct wool/bulb in correct slot)
Inspect quality before and after lamination
Cut scrap when needed
Cut and set primer pads, ensures proper coverage for the entire run
Set drive and guide wheels
Read and understand lamination schedules
Count parts
Distinguish types and color of foils
Change glue on hot melt system when needed
Clean and prep glue head
Set up slitter and cut foil to correct sizes
Able to read and understand lamination prints
Work together as a team and communicate with each other
Clean up after each run and prepare for the next
Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid PA driver's license and a working telephone
High school graduate or GED are required
Must be able to read/write and understand the English language
Must be able to compute basic math, adding, subtracting, multiplication & division
Must be able to use/read a tape measure, and saws
Basic knowledge and use of hand tools
Computer skills/knowledge of general computer operations
Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to perform the essential job functions
Interpersonal skills are necessary in order to effectively communicate with co-workers
