Senior Specialist Business Process
Responsibilities
Lead and implement continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aimed at cost reduction and efficiency enhancement
Develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies
Facilitate change management processes and support team members in adapting to new practices
Monitor project metrics and report on progress to stakeholders effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
A minimum of two years of experience in project management and continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration
Preferred
Experience in operations or business improvement roles
