HOA Partner/Senior Attorney
gpac is a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced HOA / Community Association Partner Attorney to help lead its expanding practice. The role involves leading a sophisticated HOA practice, advising associations on governance and compliance, and overseeing litigation matters.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow a sophisticated HOA and community association practice with both transactional and litigation components
Advise condominium and homeowners' associations on general counsel matters, governance, compliance, and risk management
Draft, review, and interpret governing documents, amendments, contracts, and vendor agreements
Handle or oversee HOA-related litigation, including covenant enforcement, assessment disputes, elections, and turnover issues
Serve as a strategic advisor to boards, property managers, and leadership teams
Mentor and develop associates and support staff as the practice continues to scale
Participate in business development and long-term client relationship initiatives
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
Significant experience in HOA and community association law
Prior leadership or partner-level experience, or readiness to step into that role
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and shaping a growing practice
Strong client-facing, communication, and strategic advisory skills
Preferred
Background in both transactional (general counsel) and litigation matters preferred
Board Certification in Condominium and Planned Development Law is a strong plus
