They are seeking a Rental Inside Sales Rep for an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales support, and rental operations, with opportunities for growth into an Outside Rental Representative role.

Responsibilities
Call potential customers to determine equipment rental needs, set up accounts, and transact business
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up appointments for outside sales reps
Re-engage dormant and inactive customers to uncover future rental opportunities
Communicate special offers, promotions, and updates via phone, email, text, and other channels
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
High energy level with a positive, proactive approach
Self-starter with strong initiative
Preferred
Sales or sales-related experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred but not required
