Independently manage a docket of auto accident and slip-and-fall cases
Handle cases from filing through resolution, including trial when necessary
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Serve as second chair at trial; first-chair trial opportunities available over time
Qualification
Required
JD and active Texas bar license
Experience handling auto accident cases required
Seeking junior to mid-level attorneys; senior attorneys are not the target profile
Preferred
2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred
Second-chair trial experience strongly preferred
Will consider attorneys who have handled cases through pre-trial and are trial-ready
