Familiarity with the local real estate market and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
Proficiency in using technology and platforms relevant to real estate activities (e.g., CRM systems, MLS)
Valid real estate license in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
Preferred
Relevant experience or education in real estate or a related field is an advantage
