Administrative Assistant - On/Off Boarding Coordinator
Real Property Management is a company that manages residential rental properties and homeowner's associations. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant - On/Off Boarding Coordinator to manage the client experience during the onboarding and offboarding process for residents and owners, ensuring timely completion of checklists and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
Manage the client experience in bringing Residents and Owners completely into the RPM Last Frontier environment
Complete all checklists timely
Ensure Owners and Residents understand where and how to access all information required for successful relationship during transitional stages
Support other departments with customer service response and administrative support
Qualification
Required
You must have a working knowledge of various computer software
You must be comfortable in a customer-facing role including the occasional difficult conversation
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills
