Responsibilities
Oversee the design and implementation of high-quality residential landscape projects
Design landscapes, oversee project execution, and develop construction plans
Coordinate with team members across departments and engage with clients to understand their vision
Ensure successful project completion by supervising project timelines and maintaining budgets
Mentor junior staff to ensure the highest quality standards are met
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Landscape Architecture, landscape design, and sustainable design principles
Experience with creating construction documentation, and strong project management skills
Proficiency in design and rendering software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar
Knowledge of horticulture and plant selection for residential landscapes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to lead and mentor a team, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership qualities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field; licensed Landscape Architect preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site in Annapolis, MD
Preferred
Prior experience in residential landscape architecture and design-build projects is strongly preferred
