Responsibilities
Review and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders with precision
Guarantee prompt payment of vendor invoices
Reconcile all accounts payable transactions regularly
Update and manage accurate vendor records; respond to vendor inquiries
Contribute to month-end close activities and generate accounts payable reports
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in invoices
Monitor, analyze, and report on accounts payable aging
Support both internal and external audits related to accounts payable processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Proficient in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
