Responsibilities
Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, fun, and people-focused environment
Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HR strategies and plans
Foster an open-door culture that encourages communication, collaboration, and trust
Lead, oversee, and continuously improve organizational HR initiatives and processes
Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Drive employee development programs, performance management, and training initiatives
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to team members
Qualification
Required
At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality QSR industry!
Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines!
Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
Strong project management skills!
