Responsibilities
Use AWS services such as CloudWatch, QuickSight, and Lambda, to create or improve dashboards and alert systems to monitor key metrics (call volumes, IVR paths, agent utilization, and error trends)
Integrate a light AI component using Amazon Comprehend to analyze customer sentiment or identify common phrases from call transcripts
Provide hands-on AWS development experience while helping DISH improve visibility and proactive management of its contact center environment
Qualification
Required
GPA 3.3 or above
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study
Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
Computer Science courses
Basic proficiency in AWS Services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, CloudFormation, and DynamoDB
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful API design
Experience with or interest in cloud-based contact center technologies and computer telephony integration (CTI)
Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases such as Amazon RDS or DynamoDB
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
