Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for daily manufacturing operations in the 400S Tilt-Wash plant
Partner cross-functionally with operations, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements within the value-stream
Work closely with production supervisors, team leads, and production employees to perform problem solving and root cause analysis
Lead continuous improvement projects aligned to lean manufacturing principles
Manage the design, procurement, and startup of capital equipment projects
Utilize sound project management tools for complex projects and key initiatives
Promote a hands-on, high involvement approach to problem solving

Required

4-year degree in Industrial of Manufacturing Engineering
1-4 years of relevant experience
Strong project management skills
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Positive attitude with a desire to build relationships and serve both our internal and external customers
Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groups
