Responsibilities

Identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and implementing better operational procedures, often using data analytics for insights
Processing invoices and preparing financial transactions for processing
Developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and creating reports for leadership and the family
Working with family members, external advisors, and internal teams (investment, tech, operations)
Assisting with bill payments, tax disbursements, and managing vendors relationships
Researching opportunities, analyzing financial data, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance across asset classes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Finance or Data Analytics
1-2 years of experience (inclusive of internships) in a busy office environment preferred
U.S. Citizenship
Data analysis, financial modeling, strong business acumen
Excellent ability to translate complex needs between business stakeholders
Organizing tasks, managing multiple priorities
Ability to handle diverse duties, from operational support to financial tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power BI with ability to learn and become proficient in Addepar
