The Provisioning Manager leads the Provisioning Department, ensuring performance, quality control, and operational outcomes while managing technician workflows and departmental P&L. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative environment while meeting provisioning timelines and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Provisioning Department, including provisioning technicians and departmental workflows

Conduct weekly 1:1s, oversee ongoing training and development, and lead bi-annual performance reviews

Own and manage the Provisioning Department P&L and adhere to agreed-upon department drain

Ensure quality control through audits and checks of all provisioning items

Maintain accountability for all provisioning-related KPIs, including:

Pre-Provisioning average time to completion (3 days)

Test & Turn average time to completion (3 days)

Service Provisioning average time to completion (1 day)

Mobile unit onboarding/offboarding average time to completion (1 day)

Zero provisioning-related misses

Perform all responsibilities of a Provisioning Technician as needed

Prepare regular reporting and provide visibility into performance, risks, and improvements
