Responsibilities
Lead the programming and fine-tuning of PLC, VFD, and MCP systems
Diagnose and resolve complex Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) challenges across RO and filtration sites
Review and enhance controls narratives to drive operational efficiency
Act as a technical anchor for internal teams while upholding the highest environmental and safety standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of deep expertise in controls programming and E&I systems
A data-driven problem solver who excels in dynamic, hands-on environments
The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear solutions for customers
Preferred
Bachelor's in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical field experience
