In this role, you will handle service requests and customer complaints while exemplifying the company's values of respect and courtesy. You will be responsible for booking appointments, dispatching technicians, and maintaining office operations.

Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Booking/scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians/installers
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders
Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years administrative experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Service Titan or other dispatch software experience a must
Positive attitude and ability to work with different personalities
Team player who can work independently
General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
Typing skills are a plus
