Sales Account Manager

They are seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage client accounts, foster customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while generating new leads and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Experience in Lead Generation and fostering new business opportunities
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and teams
Proven ability to work independently and in a remote environment
Preferred
Background in agriculture, agronomy, or similar fields is preferred
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is an asset
