Responsibilities
Join a busy, referral-rich ENT group with subspecialty opportunity and long-term succession planning already in place
Practice Overview: You'll join two full-time ENT physicians and one part-time neurotologist, Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side, High-volume practice with new patient wait times currently 6 weeks out
Schedule: Balanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR, Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually, Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting, Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists
Candidate Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology, Fellowship training welcomed but not required, Strong surgical skills and ability to manage general ENT cases, Team-oriented mindset essential given noted group dynamics
