Articulation with project teams, ownership groups, and field personnel
Ownership of deliverables, timelines, and accuracy — with performance tracked, not micromanaged
Pushing performance standards that value quality, speed, and reliability
Site visiting and traveling to stay on the work is the craft, not an inconvenience
Qualification
Required
Must be Florida licensed and located
PE licensed in FL (required)
Proven structural assessments & restoration expertise
Easily balances desk work and field engagement
Closes loops without prompting
Clear over-communicator with high standards

Understands that seniority is demonstrated through consistent output
