Responsibilities
Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
Empowering BTs to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
Averaging 26 billable hours per week with manageable workload
Earning uncapped bonuses by increasing billable hours
Advancing through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV
Having autonomy over your schedule
Focusing on clinical care while administrative tasks are handled by a dedicated team
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
