Responsibilities

Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned
Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures
Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care
Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs
Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management

Qualification

CNA certificationSupply management experienceRecord-keeping skillsOrganizational skillsTeam player

Required

Current CNA certification or previous experience caregiving required
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Preferred

Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred
