Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with commercial clients across your assigned territory
Grow new business through proactive outreach, networking, site visits, and working your prospecting plan
Develop existing accounts through discussion and facility assessments, provide service proposals (bids) for cleaning and restoration services
Deliver prompt, professional communication to customers throughout the sales cycle
Utilize a CRM to log activity and keep yourself on track
Partner with Operations to ensure seamless job execution and exceptional customer experiences
Support clients when concerns arise to ensure timely resolution
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, activity expectations, and revenue goals
Qualification
Required
A competitive, self-driven mindset with strong follow-through skills
Excellent communication, time-management, and problem solving skills
A valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
3+ years B2B sales experience
Experience in commercial services, property management, facilities, contractor relationships, or related industries
Salesforce or CRM experience
