Responsibilities
Lead accounting monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, WIP and POC
Produce recurring financial reports covering profitability, revenue, margin performance, and outlooks
Partner with operations and program leaders to validate job costs, estimates, and forecast accuracy
Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and longer-range planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and financial control requirements
Assist with indirect tax reporting and compliance activities related to project work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3 years of experience in project-based accounting environments such as construction, engineered products, or complex manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of WIP, job costing, and revenue recognition over time
Must be eligible for employment in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Public accounting experience and/or CPA/CMA
