Responsibilities
Provide hands-on Celigo support, including:
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration errors
Performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
Supporting enhancements, configuration changes, and integration improvements
Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using:
SuiteScript 2.0 (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce scripts)
SuiteFlow workflows
Support NetSuite administrative functions, including:
User setup, roles, and permissions management
Login audit trail review and access controls
Record management and data governance best practices
Ensure data integrity and system accuracy across NetSuite and integrated systems
Customize and maintain:
Dashboards, saved searches, and standard/custom reports
Assist with system troubleshooting, testing, and deployment support
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical or configuration solutions
Communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders, including Controllers and CFOs, using appropriate accounting terminology
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of strong background and experience in Celigo
2-3 years of strong background and experience in NetSuite Suite Script & Suite Flow
Basic Accounting knowledge
