Responsibilities
Join a collaborative group of 7 Family Medicine physicians and over 80 providers across multiple specialties
Open a new, modern clinic with 3 exam rooms per physician and access to your own midlevel support as your panel grows
Fully outpatient practice with no hospital call; after-hours calls handled via answering service with minimal interruptions
Additional earning potential through midlevel supervision stipends and in-house ancillary services including hormone therapy and allergy testing
Design your own schedule; many physicians work Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM, with optional half-days on Fridays
No inpatient duties and no hospital call obligations
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Family Medicine
Valid medical license to practice in Texas
Experience in outpatient family medicine practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Benefits
$20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $12,500 in relocation assistance
