Responsibilities
Part-time outpatient assignment in Kentucky with no call, no weekends, and steady weekday hours
3-day workweek: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
No call, no OB, no weekends
Credentialing in under 10 days
Contract runs through July 2026; potential to extend
Outpatient-only medical clinic
Adult patients only (ages 18+)
Medication dispensary onsite (experience preferred)
Support includes dedicated CMA and LPN on-site
Mondays: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM-3:30 PM
30-minute lunch included each day
General primary care
Medication dispensing (license required)
No occupational medicine
Local candidates preferred (no travel covered)
Low daily volume: 12-15 patients/day
Qualification
Required
Active Kentucky license and DEA
BLS certification required
