Responsibilities
Greet clients (in-person, by phone, email, or text) while providing professional, warm, and timely assistance
Coordinate client appointments and communications
Manage client records and documents - maintain accurate data, upload forms (POAs, e-files, tax returns), process document requests
Support tax and billing processes - compile returns, assist with quarterly compiling, prepare invoices, bill out returns, and process client payments
Process mail, scan documents, and support daily workflow
Maintain office operations with opening and closing procedures
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in administrative or office support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain accuracy under pressure
Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), and comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
Team player eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
Proficient with typical office equipment to ensure smooth daily operations (PC, copier, scanner, phone)
