Thera is building the financial OS for modern SMBs, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build their outbound engine. This role involves running outbound drip campaigns, cold calling, and generating qualified meetings for the sales and leadership team.

Responsibilities
Run outbound drip campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
Cold call founders and operators at SMBs and startups
Generate qualified meetings for the sales and leadership team
Conduct in person outreach and relationship building where appropriate
Research accounts and personalize outreach based on real business needs
Track activity and outcomes in our CRM
Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and positioning
Qualification
Required
Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and consistent with follow up and outreach
Curious about fintech, payroll, and how businesses operate
Bias toward action and learning by doing
Preferred
Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience is a plus but not required
