They are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join their Data, AI, and Reporting Technologies (DART) team, focusing on designing and deploying AI-driven solutions to enhance automation and decision-making across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Agent Development: Build and deploy AI-powered agents that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
Predictive Analytics: Design and implement machine learning models that forecast project performance, resource needs, and risk factors
Conversational AI: Develop and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants to streamline communication and support self-service analytics
AI Governance: Ensure all models comply with Tutor Perini’s AI Acceptable Use Policy, including bias detection, explainability, and human oversight
3rd-Part AI Tools: Investigate and evaluate new 3rd-party AI solutions for integration into Tutor Perini’s AI architecture
Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI models into Microsoft Fabric pipelines and enterprise systems
Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and optimize for scalability and accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in AI development and deployment
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks with an emphasis on applying pre-trained models and foundational models in practical settings
Proficiency in Python for AI development and automation
Familiarity with LLM-based solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft AI integrations
Experience with API integration and deploying AI models into production environments
Understanding of data governance and ethical AI principles
Understanding of Project Management and development pipelines

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform AI tools, including advanced capabilities such as Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI services
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot frameworks
Certifications: Microsoft AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent (preferred, not required)
