They are seeking a professional, consultative in-home sales consultant who can perform hands-on fireplace and chimney inspections while delivering solutions to keep homes safe and beautiful.

Responsibilities
Perform full fireplace/chimney/venting inspections (includes ladders, roofs, tight spaces, and attics as needed)
Deliver professional in-home consultative presentations and ask for the sale when appropriate
Build clear scopes of work, create accurate estimates, and recommend the right repair/rebuild/install options
Follow our no-pressure, trust-first sales process with consistent follow-up
Document inspections thoroughly (notes + photos) and track pipeline in our CRM
Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
Stay current on industry standards and complete ongoing training
Qualification
Required
2+ years of in-home / outside sales (home services preferred)
Comfortable with heights and roof work (ladders, pitches, varying conditions)
Strong communication and professionalism in customers' homes
Coachable, self-driven, and consistent with follow-up and documentation
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in the field
Preferred
Roofing/exterior sales, HVAC comfort advisor, foundation/waterproofing, restoration, windows/doors, home inspection
Experience explaining technical issues clearly and presenting options without pressure
