Support capital raising efforts, including developing marketing materials and due diligence responses
Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, helping manage requests and follow-ups
Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and conferences
Assist with fund reporting, subscription and redemption tracking, and coordination with administrators
Assist with fund and trade operations, including various portfolio analytics
Work with investment team to translate portfolio activity and performance into clear investor messaging
Monitor industry best practices and communications of peer investment firms
Qualification
Required
0 - 2 years in investor relations, asset management, or other relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of various investment firm strategies and investment philosophies
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
