Responsibilities
Own the full sales motion: prospect → pitch → demo → close → grow
Build relationships in security, financial, education, enterprise, and government markets
Position modern security tech (weapons detection, access control, SaaS/AI solutions) to decision makers
Drive territory growth with a mix of new logo acquisition and account expansion
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver best-fit solutions
Track pipeline and performance using CRM and sales tools
Qualification
Required
Successful track record selling technology, security solutions, access control, SaaS, or B2B services
Consultative mindset + competitive drive + strong customer rapport
Organized multitasker with clean communication and follow-through
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
2+ years for B to B sales experience
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Account Management and Lead Generation
Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in sales or the safety, security, access control industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
